Berlin Packaging Opens New Mega Warehouse in California
Berlin Packaging, a leading supplier of plastic, glass, and metal containers and closures, has announced the opening of its newest mega-warehouse in Ontario, California. Koenig & Bauer MetalPrint Adds to its MetalPremium Blanket Family
The MetalPremium RBC blanket, which is used exclusively on MetalStar 3 printing presses with RBC (Rapid Blanket Change), is now also available as a splined version for presses with a tension bar. The MetalPremium TFC (Thermoplastic Film Carrier) is available for MetalStar 2 and MetalStar 3 presses without RBC.
MPMA Respond to DEFRA’s Resources and Waste Strategy
DEFRA recently released its Resources and Waste Strategy for England, in which it seeks to redress the balance in favour of the natural world. “Our goal is to move to a more circular economy which keeps resources in use for longer – for that to happen, we must all reduce, reuse and recycle more than we do now,” said Michael Gove, Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
