Aldi has found itself in hot water once again over alleged trademark infringement. Thatchers is suing the budget supermarket over accusations it copied the brand’s Cloudy Lemon Cider. The family-run cider maker, based in Somerset, claims Aldi ‘intentionally mimicked’ its product. The company has raised issues over the ‘highly similar’ appearance of Aldi’s Taurus Cloudy Cider Lemon….
