Hello and Welcome to February’s Canmaking News
February might be the shortest month but we still have plenty for you; not least, two major shows to look forward to: LATAMCAN in Mexico City on 20-22 February, and Argus Metals Week in London, 26 February – 1 March, and the publication of our very first printed Canmaking News Magazine, which we will be mailing to our subscribers in the very near future.
In just over a week, we will be setting out for Mexico City and slightly warmer temperatures to join LATAMCAN for the start of its exciting show and hope to see many of you there; our review of the event will be available exclusively to our subscribers. If you haven’t been before, you’re missing a treat, not only is LATAMCAN considered to be one of the most important conferences in Latin America for the manufacture of 2- and 3-piece cans but also its commitment to the Latin American market and its willingness to adapt to the needs and emergent trends of the industry has allowed the show to develop in value and pull from year to year.
The Argus Metals Week conference, 26 Feb – 1 March, London, is also recognised as an event highlight for the international metals market, allowing attendees the opportunity to meet major industry stakeholders from North and South America, China, Australia, Japan, Russia and India. This event promises four days of multidisciplinary insights into the central challenges in the metals’ marketplace, with over 250 key representatives including mining companies, producers, manufacturers, and traders.
Don’t forget, if you have some innovative news about your company or your products – let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll shout it from the Canmaking News rooftops.
