Orbis acquires creative techniques and expands custom packaging capabilities

ORBIS has acquired substantially all the assets of Creative Techniques, Inc. (CTI), which is headquartered in Orion Township, Mich. ORBIS is a subsidiary of Menasha Corporation. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
