US beverage company Matchi Global has launched a range of shelf-stable protein matcha lattes in 8.4oz cans. The Alexandria, Virginia-based company has introduced three flavours, Vanilla, Lavender and Banana, combining Japanese matcha with filtered milk protein and oat.
