At Canmaking News, we’re heading into March with a spring in our step. Unseasonably warm weather in the UK has given us all that much needed vitamin D boost and we can safely say Spring is on the way!

Although we Brits love nothing more than to bang on about the weather, this month’s edition of Canmaking News focuses on Latamcan 2019 and the launch of our very first printed annual,  Canmaking News Magazine, a copy of which all subscribers should have received by now. We have just returned from a wildly successful Latamcan 2019 in Mexico City, where we heard from some of the very best in the industry. We were delighted to see our friends Rick Clendenning from INX, Ron Ragan at Roeslein & Associates Inc. and Vincente Lopez Rodea from Conservas La Costena given Life Achievement Awards. Very well deserved, congratulations to you all!

The quality of the presentations reached new heights and we were highly impressed by IMETA’s video at the end of Roberto Baroni’s presentation. It’s fantastic to see the industry consistently pushing boundaries to provide their customers with better efficiencies and the added push when it comes to marketing is truly impressive.

Our newly printed annual magazine ‘The best of Canmaking News 2018’ was also received extremely well. We’re very proud of the final product and, like the industry, we’ll be looking to improve our next issue, out early 2020.
